After completing the order you will receive an order confirmation on our website. The confirmation by e-mail can take up to 1-2 hours after the order.
How do I benefit from free shipping?
From an order value of 49€ the delivery within Germany is free of charge.
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery is usually within 3 to 4 working days by DHL. You can find detailed information at Shipping & Delivery and in the product description.
To which countries can articles be shipped?
Please note that currently shipping is only possible within Germany and to Austria. For deliveries to other countries you can order through our numerous distribution partners.
