What courier providers do you use?
All orders are shipped via DHL and DHL Express. Depending on on the country.
Can multiple orders be combined?
Due to high volume of orders we cannot combine orders. Please be sure to place all desired items in the cart before checking out.
Can I use a PO Box for my delivery address?
No, we do not ship to PO boxes.
What should I do if my gear is experiencing a quality issue?
If you've received a defective item, please do NOT process a return or exchange. In the event that your gear is damaged for whatever reason, our customer experience team will be more than happy to rectify this situation for you accordingly. Please CLICK HERE to contact our team to ensure we rectify this situation for you as quickly as possible!
My order was Returned To Sender. Now what?
If your order was Returned To Sender due to an invalid address or an issue with delivery, we will issue a full refund of the cost of the gear as soon as the package arrives back at our warehouse. Please note that the shipping cost will not be included in the final refund.
