Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you can initiate a return or exchange within 100 days of receiving your order as long as the product is unwashed and unworn with tags included. We cover the return shipping costs for German orders. All refund requests will only be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that a refund does not include the original shipping costs.
At this time, we do not offer free returns on international orders or refunds for any applicable taxes and duties from your original order. For tax and duty refund requests for returned items, please contact your local customs office to receive appropriate compensation, if applicable.
