What is your Return/Exchange policy?

POLICY We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 100 days of receiving your order as long as the product is unwashed and unworn with tags included. We will pay for the return shipping cost for german orders. Any refund requests will only be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that if a refund is requested, your refund will not include the original cost of shipping. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on any Taxes & Duties incurred from your original order. However, for any international exchange orders, we will cover the cost of sending your exchange back to you. For Taxes & Duties refund inquiries for any returned items, please reach out to your local customs office to receive appropriate compensation if applicable.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Visit our Returns & Exchanges page to initiate a Return or Exchange.Please note that returns using our provided return label will incur a return shipping fee. However, exchanges and store credit refunds are exempt from this charge.

When will my return be processed?

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time your return package is marked as delivered back at our warehouse for us to process your return/exchange.

I received the wrong item in my order. What should I do now?

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

We provide complimentary returns for exchanges and store credit refunds on orders within 14 days of delivery. However, a return label fee is applicable for returns seeking a refund to the original payment method.

When will I receive my store credit?

Once returned items are received, we can either issue store credit for you within 2-3 business days or refund your payment within about 15 days.

Why is my return refund less than what I originally paid?

We're only able to refund what was actually paid. Therefore, if you used a discount code in your original order, that amount will not be refunded back to your original form of payment. Additionally, please note that the initial cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be included in your refund back to your original form of payment.
