Are Taxes & Duties refunded if I initiate an international return/exchange?

Due to the fact that Taxes & Duties are imposed by your customs office and NOT from MOROTAI, we do not collect any of those fees. MOROTAI is only able to refund what was paid for the cost of goods. Therefore, should you decide to return your gear, we'll issue a refund of the gear, not inclusive of the shipping costs. For Taxes & Duties refunds, you'll have to contact your customs office directly with proof that your items were returned.
